For the last 2 days I have been meeting with my Platinum Group here in Baltimore. These are 2 full days of profit producing ideas and discoveries. Much like Napleon Hill spells out in Think and Grow Rich. Everyone shares ideas that are working. Everyone helps each other with their challanges.
If you are not in a mastermind group - you should be. I have found it to be the biggest shortcut to actually achieving what you want - quickly.

So let me share with you 2 big ideas that have come out of the last 2 days and hopefully you’ll start using them too!
FIRST- We talked for an entire day about 1 big concept- What separates people who want to succeed from the ones that are actually achieving. Interesting question isn’t it.
THE WORD IS OBSESSION ! Write that one down in big bold letters!
- When you are Obsessed- nothing can distract you
- When you are Obsessed- not knowing how to do something doesn’t really matter does it? You just go out and find the answers and get working and discover them.
- When you are obessed- failure isn’t an option
- When you are Obessed- you are literally living and breathing your obsession 24/7
- When you are Obsessed- Nothing can distract you and nothing will stop you from getting there
Now think about yourself- Do you want to succeed? Of course you do. But do you really?
Are you OBSESSED with it? Do you think about it constantly.
Let’s be honest- The last few years in our mortgage industry would upset even the most success minded positive person. But being obsessed with your goal still keeps you in the game- It keeps you from leaving - It keeps you up and working.

Yesterday in the Wall Street Journal there was a great article on your inner critic.
The one that always has you second guessing yourself and saying you are NOT able to do this or that. It’s one of those things that cause many to fail.
Go ahead and grab the June 16 Wall Street Journal and go to page D2 and take the test
My group and I spent the entire day going over this one critical point that determines your success or failure.
