- Dear Brian,
I have read the report and everything in the report is just so true. Even though times are different now then ever before you still have a great opportunity. I believe that you just need to have the RIGHT method and tools to be in this business.
I have just mailed out a postcard to a selected list and have seen great results over the weekend. I have sent out 1,835 postcards with my complete sales letter and just over the weekend 7 people already responded and it’s not even 48 hours since I sent it and of course it was on a weekend. i would encourage all those reading it to take advantage of this market and do what you need to do to be successful.Joe Gross
- Brian,
Thanks a million for sharing your story. This report is a blue print for what not to do, and a reminder to always stay focused. I have posted this report in my “War Room” as a constant reminder not to become distracted by the next magic pill.
WOW…..Lots of free information!! This is hard hitting and simply priceless stuff.

- Dear Brian,
Thank you for this report. I needed to read it. Over the last year, my income has been cut by 75% and I am very stressed out, in debt for the first time ever, and haven’t been making enough to cover all of our bills.
My biggest problems is that I don’t know where to start with my database in terms of getting back in touch and I have lost a lot of the confidence I used to have. I don’t know what to do to generate prospects and what exactly my referral partners really want/ expect from me. I need to take massive action immediately and could really use some advice.
Thank you,
Matt

I found your article informative and practical. I am very good when I get “in front” of a client; however, I am not very good at generating new clients into my pipeline. I also need help on developing a business plan/goals and follow up. Thanks.

- Mr. Sacks, I thank you for your email sent today…from your audio report, and taking many notes, I have renewed hope on my direction to continue in the mortgage industry. I have been in this 14 years, and did begin to listen to the negatives. Experiencing “insanity”.
My biggest hold back is marketing…having done a lot of your “don’t do’s” and thinking they will work.
I am very interested in obtaining your marketing resources email blitzes, and look forward to receiving some new direction.

- Brian,
I’m looking forward to learning how to change the direction of the sinking ship we all seem to be on. Just the fact I’m still in this business is a testament to the fact I want to thrive in 2009.

- Just want to say that was a great story knowing that during all this gloom that we can still keep pumping out loans. I have to say that i have thought about throwing in the towel after ten years. But you have helped me realize that in order to make it you have to want it. So to start off I am dusting off my copy of Think and Gtow Rich and reprogramming my mind.
Thanks
Vince
- Thanks for the tips and encouragement Brian. My biggest challenge is staying focused and I think part of that is because I’m not a specialist….correction, I wasn’t a specialist but I will be now! Just have to pick a NICHE! Hmmm, so many to choose from. I’m very intrigued by the fact that a borrower in a challenging situation won’t be as concerned about price…that makes A LOT of sence.
Thanks again Brian.

- Thank you for the information. The article is dead on. I know that I need to stay focused and spend my time on marketing to the right audience. Problem is, where do I start? What message am I sending? Do a have the right target? How do I track my marketing dollar?
I look forward to your insights.
Frank
- I found your article to be very timely and informative. One of my biggest challenges is finding a way to hire a marketing/process assistant that will allow me to spend more time working the business by talking to customers, referral partners and prospects. I want to implement a more targeted approach to creating clients, I’ve always been too much of a “generalist”.

- Brian, Just finished reading your e-mail. For me, it is right-on! I’ve been a Mortgage Broker since 1991, and in the business since 1965. Seen many cycles, but this one is maybe the toughest to overcome. I have recently tried other types of earning an income, but not enjoying the work, nor rewards, as I did the mortgage business, so decided to go back to work as a Mortgage Broker. It may be hard, but I know from past experience that it can be done successfully. Thanks for the motivation, my only problem is re-building my confidence. I have always maintained an excellent reputation among peers, Realtors, and my customers who have always brought me repeat business. My current focus is my data-base of past customers (borrowers), and Realtors I have serviced in the past, which I still have a relationship with. I will welcome any suggestions you may offer to prop-up my self-confidence, and also ideas for marketing pieces to send to my past customers, and/or new Realtor referral sources. A tight budget limits what I can spend on marketing, unfortunantly. Thanks again for your motivation. Ed

- Hey Brian,
I have been following Dan Kennedy for about a year now and have been on your email list since the phenomen DVD last year. Thanks for all of the insight, it is much appreciated. Thru some ideas and insight from all of you I started my print newsletter last year, am doing a monthy ezine to realtors & I started offering marketing nuggets to a few local people in a business networking group I am in and have been seeing some results slowly, but steadily trickle in from the efforts…….I am proud to say that I am still standing when a lot of other loan officers have failed. With the recent changes to the National Licensing requirements I think we all will have some good opportunities to take advantage of and am looking positively as 2009 as a great year to come……..Over the past few months my most profitable loans have been FHA purchases. I would like to learn more about creative or successful strategies for attracting new FHA business. I tried to use the $7500 tax credit to attract some buyers and either my copy was weak or just not powerful enough. Any good nuggets for attracting new FHA buyers???
thanks in advance for all of your insight!!!!
After just reading this powerful report you have shared with us I am proud to say you just renewed some confidence for me and gave me a few ideas to implement when I get back to the office on Friday. I am proud to say I am wrapping up a well deserved vacation w/ my wife and what better way to come back into the office Friday with some newly instilled confidence from our “Mortgage Mentor” - Brian Sacks.
